What is CoolSculpting® Fat Reduction?

Treatment Process and Recovery Time

During the treatment, your Dermatology Associates of Atlanta provider will place the  CoolSculpting® device on the desired treatment area. Once the device is in place, it will sandwich the tissue between two cooling plates. You will feel some cold pressure that will discontinue after the first few minutes once the treatment area goes numb. During the rest of the treatment, you can relax, read a book, or even bring your laptop to get some work done. With our three CoolSculpting® machines and CoolMini™ applicator for the “double chin,” we are able to treat multiple areas at one time. As the procedure is non-invasive, there is no downtime for recovery and you will be able to continue with your daily activities as normal.
