Stay-at-home orders have been affecting the U.S. for over a month. Many of us have found ourselves stressed out, eating at odd hours, and far removed from our work and exercise routines. However, we want to help you get back to normal. That is why the team at DAA has put together a list of recommended treatments that will have you going back to work refreshed and renewed. This list is meant to help you look and feel your best so that you can tackle the new challenges of a post-COVID-19 world.
Facials
A facial is a good reset for your skin and your mind. Whether you’ve been in isolation, stressing about COVID-19, or working long hours in essential areas with a facemask, your skin and mental health may benefit from the relaxing and nourishing power of a facial. Our facials are customized by our Skin Medics™ Medical Spa for your skin’s specific needs. Please note that although our Skin Medics™ Medical Spa reopened on May 4th, 2020, due to limited hours and alternative shifts, we ask that you call ahead to make an appointment.
Wrinkle treatments
Times of intense stress may show on your face in the form of rapid aging. If you have noticed that your face could use a little TLC, we highly recommend facial injections. Dermal fillers such as Restylane® Lyft, Juvédurm® Ultra, Juvedérm® Ultra Plus, and Radiesse®, Sculptra®, or facial relaxants such as Botox® and Dysport®. Cosmetic facial injections can improve facial lines, wrinkles, and restores your complexion, leaving it soft and smooth. Non-surgical Fat Reduction
Being stuck in the house all day while following social distancing orders can lead to higher food consumption and less opportunity to exercise. This is the perfect combination to promote weight gain. If you have experienced some weight gain during social isolation and stay at home orders and you are ready to expedite the process of getting back to where you were before all of the social changes, non-surgical muscle toning and fat reduction treatment by EMSculpt® or CoolSculpting® may be right for you. EMSculpt® is a toning and contouring treatment that uses electromagnetic energy to tone and strengthen muscle treatment areas. CoolSculpting® fat reduction is another fat reduction treatment that uses a process called cryolipolysis to target small areas of fat with cooling technology. CoolSculpting® is often used on areas that just won’t budge with diet and exercise such as the chin, back, and abdominal areas. Both procedures are non-invasive and FDA-approved.
