Like Restylane®, Juvéderm® is a household name. Both products are made with hyaluronic acid (or HA) and they’re designed for the same areas of the face, but their latest innovations are quite different. While Restylane® has aimed for a more natural look and feel, Juvéderm®’s new filler is all about longevity.

Designed for moderate to severe facial wrinkles like the nasolabial folds Juvéderm® Vollure™ XC is the first HA filler FDA-approved to treat wrinkles in this area for up to 18 months. Before Juvéderm® Vollure™ XC, the longest a patient could expect their HA fillers to last was one year, with some fillers lasting just 6-9 months.
