Newly released in 2018, LaseMD™ is a non-ablative laser, which means that the recovery time is minimal.
In this schedule-friendly procedure, LaseMD™ produces exceptional results for fine lines and wrinkles, age spots, freckles, and other benign brown spots. It’s also safe and effective for all skin types, and is versatile enough to treat the face, neck, and décolletage.
LaseMD™ Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
While LaseMD™ causes minimal discomfort, your treatment can begin with numbing cream if you prefer. When you’re ready, one of our board-certified, experienced providers will adjust the laser’s settings based on your skin and your cosmetic goals before guiding it along your skin. The procedure is quick, typically lasting between 5 and 20 minutes depending on the treatment area and the extensiveness of the session.
After the laser treatment is finished, we can further enhance your results by applying a unique serum specifically designed to complement LaseMD™. There are four of these serums to choose from, each with a different focus such as anti-aging, redness reduction, or skin brightening. Finally, we can apply a specially formulated calming mask to cool and calm your skin.
You may see some flaking in the days after your treatment when your skin gently exfoliates. But this period is brief, with most patients beginning to see results within 1-6 days of their treatment.

What makes LaseMD™ different from other laser treatments?
The primary factor that sets LaseMD™ apart is that it’s non-ablative. Most laser skin resurfacing treatments are ablative, meaning they remove damaged surface skin and require a moderate to significant amount of healing time. LaseMD™, on the other hand, works with your body’s natural healing process to cause the damaged skin to gradually flake off in the days after your treatment, limiting your recovery time. In fact, you can safely wear makeup just two days after each session.
How many LaseMD™ treatments will I need?
The number of LaseMD™ sessions you’ll need will depend on your specific goals and your skin’s current condition. You’ll see results after your first treatment, though many patients will want two or three sessions in order to procedure their ideal results. While it’s impossible to know how your skin will react to the procedure, our providers can estimate the number of sessions you’ll need in your pre-treatment consultation.
